At SSSSB, our total commitment is to ensure optimum service quality to
safeguard our customer satisfaction and constant commitment to preserve
SSSSB’s reputation as an eminent security service provider in the highly
competitive industry. We strive to ensure that the presence of SSSSB will;
- Safeguard the employees, the community and the environment of our clients
- Reduce the risk of vandalism and sabotage by employees and non employees of our clients
- Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of operations of our clients
- Reduce litigation risk, insurance costs and theft of our clients
TRAINING
At SSSSB, we recognise that the core element of good management
practice in the service industry is to be able to provide proficient & reliable
personnel for the purpose of quality security service. In line with the
requirements of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the market expectation of
the Security Industry as a whole, SSSSB ensures that all its security
personnel are well trained and capable of handling specific requirements to
suit our client’s expectations.
All new recruits of SSSSB are required to undertake a comprehensive
training program, which embraces the below mentioned modules. Training
sessions are led by our training department as well as external agencies.
On site Mock up drill for fire evacuation and industrial accidents are also a
key part of our training programs. New recruits are given comprehensive 3
days classroom training, which thereafter, they then move on to the On Job
Training (OJT). Periodical refresher courses are also conducted for our
existing personnel to apprise them with the current updates in security
systems and techniques.

- Public relation (PR) with clients, Public, Police and Fire Department

- Vehicle traffic management & Vehicle checks
- Marching & physical training
- Basic Fire Fighting
- Basic First Aid
- Basic Self Defence
